Generally, adults should have an eye exam every one to two years, or more frequently if recommended by your doctor due to age, risk factors, or existing conditions. Children should have their first exam around 6 months, then at age 3, and annually thereafter.
Please bring your insurance card, a valid photo ID, a list of current medications, and any previous eyeglass or contact lens prescriptions you may have. For children, it's helpful to bring any relevant school reports.
Yes, for urgent eye care needs such as sudden vision loss, eye injury, or severe pain, please call our office directly at (123) 456-7890. We will do our best to accommodate emergencies or guide you to appropriate care.
For a comprehensive eye exam, it's generally best to remove your contact lenses at least 24 hours before your appointment. However, please follow any specific instructions provided by our office.
